PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
1. Purpose of This Form
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the Buyer before the purchase of digital software licenses, license keys, activation codes and similar virtual products through the website www.alcabir.com.
This form includes information regarding the Seller, the basic characteristics of the product, price, payment method, digital delivery process, cancellation, return and exchange conditions, right of withdrawal and dispute resolution.
By placing an order through www.alcabir.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Preliminary Information Form before completing the purchase.

3. Buyer Information
The Buyer is the real or legal person who places an order, makes a payment or purchases a digital product through www.alcabir.com.
The Buyer’s name, surname, company title if applicable, billing address, phone number, email address and invoice information consist of the information submitted during the order process.

4. Subject of the Product or Service
The subject of this Preliminary Information Form is the sale of digital software licenses, license keys, activation codes, digital access information and similar virtual products offered through www.alcabir.com.
The products sold on www.alcabir.com are digital products. They are not physical goods.
Therefore, no physical shipment, courier delivery, postal delivery, parcel delivery, CD, USB drive, printed document or boxed product delivery is made.
The purchased product is delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Buyer during the order process.
5. Basic Characteristics of the Product
The basic characteristics of the product, including product name, license type, activation method if applicable, usage period if applicable, product description, sales price and payment details, are displayed on the relevant product page and order summary section of www.alcabir.com.
The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the product description before placing an order.
The Buyer must check whether the product is compatible with their device, operating system, software version, region, account type or intended use before completing the purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, installation support, remote connection support, device setup, software installation or technical service is not included in the product price.
6. Product Price and Taxes
The sales price of the product is displayed on the relevant product page and order summary screen.
The Buyer can view the total amount payable before completing the order.
Product prices may include applicable taxes depending on the product and invoicing process. The invoice is issued in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The Seller reserves the right to update product prices, campaigns and product content. However, the price and conditions valid at the time the Buyer confirms the order shall apply to that specific order.
7. Payment Method

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, virtual POS or other payment methods specified on the website.
The order is not finalized until the payment is successfully completed.
For payments made by credit card or debit card, card information is processed through the secure payment infrastructure of the relevant bank or payment service provider. The Seller does not directly store the Buyer’s card information.
8. Delivery Method

After payment approval, the purchased license key, activation code or digital product information is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer during the order process.
Delivery is generally made instantly by email after payment confirmation.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, security checks, system intensity, technical issues, email service provider delays or similar operational reasons.

9. No Shipping or Cargo Delivery
Since the products sold on www.alcabir.com are digital license products, no cargo or physical shipping process is carried out.
No shipping fee is charged to the Buyer.
The Buyer accepts that the purchased product will be delivered electronically by email and that no physical product will be sent.
10. Responsibility for Correct Email Address
The Buyer is responsible for providing a correct, active and accessible email address during the order process.
The Seller shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, invalid or inaccessible email address provided by the Buyer.
If the Buyer notices that they entered an incorrect email address, they must contact the Seller as soon as possible.
After the Buyer provides the correct email address, the order will be checked and the necessary delivery process will be carried out.
11. Invoice
The Seller issues an e-invoice or e-archive invoice for sales made through www.alcabir.com in accordance with applicable legislation.
The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the Buyer during the order process.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the billing information is accurate and complete.
The invoice may be sent to the Buyer electronically.
12. No Installation Support
The products sold on www.alcabir.com do not include installation support unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
The Seller does not provide remote connection, device setup, software installation, operating system configuration, technical service or intervention on the Buyer’s device.
The Buyer accepts that they have the necessary technical knowledge, device compatibility and software environment required to use the purchased digital license.
13. Cancellation Before Delivery
The Buyer may request cancellation and refund before the license key, activation code or digital product information is delivered.
If the license key has not yet been sent to the Buyer and the product has not been made accessible, the cancellation and refund request may be processed.
Once the license key has been sent, the digital product has been delivered or the activation information has been made accessible, cancellation requests are evaluated under the return and exchange conditions due to the digital nature of the product.
14. Return and Exchange Conditions
The Seller’s return and exchange policy is applied as follows:
The Buyer may request cancellation and refund before the license key is delivered.
For faulty, invalid or non-working license keys, the primary solution is replacement. If the Seller determines that the product is faulty after technical review, a new and working license key may be provided to the Buyer.
If the Buyer purchases the wrong product, an exchange request may be evaluated if the license key has not been used, activated or accessed.
For activated licenses, refund requests may be evaluated within 7 days under the Seller’s commercial return policy. Such requests are reviewed by considering the license usage status, activation status, cancelability, risk of misuse and the technical conditions of the license provider.
The Seller reserves the right to reject refund requests if the digital license has been misused, shared with third parties, consumed by being tried on multiple devices, cannot be withdrawn by the license provider or if the issue is caused by the Buyer.
15. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer generally has a right of withdrawal under distance sales legislation. However, this right may be limited for digital products depending on the nature of the product.
The products sold on www.alcabir.com are digital license keys, activation codes and intangible products delivered electronically.
Once the license key, activation code or digital product information is sent to the Buyer by email, the product is deemed to have been delivered and made accessible.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal for digital license products is evaluated by considering whether the product has been delivered, used, activated and whether it is technically returnable.
The Seller may accept or review refund requests for activated licenses within 7 days as part of its customer satisfaction policy. This is the Seller’s commercial return policy and each request is evaluated separately.
16. Faulty or Non-Working License
If the Buyer believes that the license key sent to them is faulty, invalid or not working, the Buyer must notify the Seller without delay.
The notification should include the order number, product name, screenshot of the error, error message received during activation if any, and platform or device information used.

After receiving the notification, the Seller reviews the license key. If a product-related issue is confirmed, the Seller may provide a replacement license key or offer an appropriate solution.
Issues caused by the Buyer’s device, internet connection, operating system, regional settings, account restrictions, wrong product selection, incorrect installation, third-party software problems or user-related errors do not automatically mean that the license key is faulty.
17. Wrong Product Purchase
If the Buyer purchases the wrong product, the Buyer must contact the Seller as soon as possible.
If the license key has not been used, activated or accessed, the Seller may evaluate the exchange request.
If the license key has already been used, activated, shared, consumed or made non-returnable due to its digital nature, the Seller may reject the exchange request.
Each wrong product purchase request is evaluated according to the product type, license status and technical returnability.
18. Buyer’s Obligations
The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the product description, license type, delivery method, return and exchange conditions before placing an order.
The Buyer accepts that all information provided during the order process is accurate and complete.
The Buyer agrees not to share, duplicate, resell, transfer or misuse the license key delivered to them.
The Buyer agrees to use the purchased digital license in accordance with the relevant product’s terms of use.
19. Seller’s Obligations
The Seller is responsible for processing the order after payment approval and delivering the digital license to the Buyer’s email address.
The Seller undertakes to provide a license key, activation code or digital access information corresponding to the product purchased by the Buyer.
The Seller reviews faulty or non-working license notifications and provides a replacement or appropriate solution if a product-related issue is confirmed.

The Buyer should include the order number and relevant product information in all support requests.
21. Dispute Resolution
This Preliminary Information Form and the sales transactions made through www.alcabir.com are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
For transactions where the Buyer is considered a consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall be authorized within the monetary limits specified under the applicable legislation.
For commercial purchases and transactions that are not considered consumer transactions, the general rules of jurisdiction and competence shall apply.
22. Buyer’s Declaration
The Buyer declares that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form before placing an order through www.alcabir.com.
The Buyer accepts that the product is a digital license product, that no physical shipping will be made, that delivery will be completed by email, that installation support is not provided, and that cancellation, return and exchange conditions are subject to the digital nature of the product.
By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the product features, price, payment conditions, delivery method, return and exchange conditions and all provisions stated in this Preliminary Information Form.
23. Entry into Force
This Preliminary Information Form enters into force when it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
The Seller may update this form due to legislative changes, payment service provider requirements, operational needs or technical requirements.
The current version published on www.alcabir.com shall be valid from the date of publication.
