1. General Information

This Refund & Return Policy explains the cancellation, refund, return and exchange conditions for digital software licenses, license keys, activation codes and similar virtual products purchased through www.alcabir.com.

The products sold on www.alcabir.com are digital products. They are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.

Since our products are digital license products, there is no physical return process, cargo return, parcel return or shipping return procedure.

3. Digital Product Delivery

Products purchased through www.alcabir.com are delivered digitally.

After payment approval, the license key, activation code or digital product information is sent to the email address provided by the customer during the order process.

Delivery is generally completed instantly by email.

No physical product, box, CD, USB drive, printed document or parcel is sent.

4. Cancellation Before Delivery

Customers may request cancellation and refund before the license key, activation code or digital product information is delivered.

If the license key has not yet been sent to the customer and the digital product has not been made accessible, the cancellation request may be approved and the refund may be processed.

Once the license key, activation code or digital product information has been sent by email, the order is considered delivered.

5. Refund Conditions

Due to the nature of digital products, refund requests are evaluated according to the delivery, activation and usage status of the license.

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

The license key has not yet been delivered.

The product has not been accessed, used or activated.

The license key is technically invalid and cannot be replaced.

The wrong product was purchased and the license has not been used or activated.

The activated license is within the 7-day refund review period and is technically eligible for cancellation.

Each refund request is reviewed separately.

6. Activated License Refund Period

For activated licenses, refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days from the delivery date.

This 7-day period does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request is evaluated based on the license status, activation status, usage condition, technical cancelability and the terms of the license provider.

If the activated license cannot be withdrawn, cancelled, deactivated or technically returned, the refund request may be rejected.

If the license is eligible for cancellation, the refund may be approved.

7. Faulty or Non-Working License

If a license key is faulty, invalid or not working, the customer must contact us as soon as possible.

The customer should provide the following information:

Order number
Product name
License key if requested
Screenshot of the error
Error message received during activation
Device, operating system or platform information if relevant

After receiving the request, we will review the license.

If the issue is caused by the license itself, the primary solution is replacement. A new and working license key may be provided to the customer.

Refund is not the first solution for faulty licenses if a valid replacement can be provided.

8. Wrong Product Purchase

If the customer purchases the wrong product, the customer must contact us as soon as possible.

If the license key has not been used, activated, accessed or consumed, an exchange request may be evaluated.

If the license has already been used, activated or made non-returnable due to its digital nature, the exchange request may be rejected.

Wrong product purchases are reviewed according to the license status and technical returnability of the product.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

The license key has been delivered and used.

The license key has been activated.

The product has been accessed or consumed.

The license key has been shared with third parties.

The license has been tried on multiple devices or accounts.

The issue is caused by the customer’s device, operating system, internet connection, account settings or regional restrictions.

The customer purchased a product without checking compatibility requirements.

The customer requests installation support although installation support is not included.

The license provider does not allow cancellation, withdrawal or deactivation of the activated license.

10. No Installation Support

Products sold on www.alcabir.com do not include installation support unless expressly stated on the product page.

We do not provide remote connection, device setup, software installation, operating system configuration or technical service on the customer’s device.

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchase.

Refund requests caused by lack of installation knowledge, device incompatibility or user-side setup issues may be rejected.

11. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a cancellation, refund or exchange, the customer must contact us through one of the following channels:

The request should include:

Order number
Full name
Email address used during purchase
Product name
Reason for refund or exchange
Screenshots or error details if applicable

Requests without sufficient information may take longer to process.

12. Review Process

After receiving the refund or exchange request, we will review the order status, delivery status, activation status and technical eligibility of the product.

If additional information is required, we may contact the customer.

Refund and exchange requests are generally reviewed within a reasonable period after all required information is received.

Approval or rejection of the request will be communicated to the customer by email, phone or WhatsApp.

13. Refund Method

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be made through the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

Bank processing times are outside our control.

14. Exchange Method

If an exchange request is approved, the replacement license key or corrected digital product information will be sent to the customer’s email address.

For faulty or invalid licenses, replacement is the primary solution.

The replacement license is considered delivered once it is sent to the customer’s email address.

15. Chargeback and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Most license, delivery, activation or wrong product issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated while the license has already been delivered, activated or used, we reserve the right to submit order records, delivery records, email records, invoice records and system logs to the relevant bank or payment service provider.

16. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for reviewing the product description, license type, compatibility information, delivery method and refund conditions before placing an order.

The customer is also responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible email information provided by the customer.

17. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Return Policy due to legal requirements, payment provider requirements, operational changes or changes in our digital product processes.

The current version published on www.alcabir.com shall be valid from the date of publication.
